Assessment
The initial assessment takes 90 minutes and is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. It helps me understand your experiences, challenges, and hopes, so we can shape the right support for you. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and decide whether this feels like the right fit for your journey.
